Amendment No. 6 was offered by Representative Salmon: Page 7, line 6: Delete all material and insert: 2005-04-21 House Journal Page 1195 "(1) shall offer the right of first refusal to the closest municipality or then to the closest village corporation listed under 43 U.S.C. §1610 if not located within the legal boundaries of a municipality; and" Page 7, line 7, following "offer": Insert "the right of" Representative Salmon moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 6 be adopted. Representative Rokeberg objected. Representative Salmon moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment No. 6. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Salmon reoffered Amendment No. 6 . HB 130 CSHB 130(FIN) am was again before the House in second reading with Amendment No. 6 pending. Representative Salmon moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 6 be adopted. Representative Ramras objected. 2005-04-21 House Journal Page 1196 Representative Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that she be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Kerttula was required to vote. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that Representative Joule be excused from a call of the House to 7:30 p.m., today. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill placed a call of the House and lifted the call. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 6 be adopted?" Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 130(FIN) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 130(FIN) am was read the third time.
